nava design - ora unica

A couple of months ago I posted a really unusual watch. That one had only dots, which indicated the hours and minutes... well I think this one is much crazier. It is from the same Italian designers - Nava design! Could you tell what time is it? 😁😍❤ P.s. the shorter one shows hours.
